The Practice Nurse Appraisal Handbook (PNAH) has been developed as a resource for use in Practice Nurse appraisals in GP practices. It contains information and advice for the appraiser and appraisee, as well as useful documentation and resources.
This resource may be adapted to suit the user’s needs.
The PNAH is intended to be used alongside the Practice Nurse Competency Framework (PNCF©) and the Competency Development Plan (CDP).
