Jessop Medical Practice is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our friendly and supportive team.

Due to increasing patient demand and ongoing service development, we are looking to expand our GP capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, forward-thinking practice with a strong team ethos.

You will be joining a highly collaborative and experienced clinical team consisting of 5 GP Partners, 8 Salaried GPs, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and a dedicated Pharmacy team. We value teamwork, mutual support, and creating an environment where clinicians can thrive.

About the Practice

Jessop Medical Practice serves approximately 17,000 patients in the rural heart of Amber Valley, Derbyshire, covering a diverse and varied demographic. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the full range of primary care services.

We are well regarded locally and proud to hold a CQC Outstanding rating, reflecting our commitment to delivering excellent clinical care and maintaining a supportive working environment.

We are a training practice with GP registrars and place a strong emphasis on shared learning and professional development. The team benefits from regular peer support and educational meetings.

We are also an active member of ARCH PCN, working collaboratively with eight other practices to deliver enhanced services and support patients through a multidisciplinary team approach.

Our clinical systems include SystmOne and AccuRx triage, supporting efficient and modern ways of working.

Salary: £11,600 per session per annum
Sessions: Up to 8 sessions
