The role:

• Salaried GP post (Maternity cover with immediate start – June 2027)

•  4 sessions post available (Thursday and Friday)

• Low admin due to our administration streamlining

• Minimal home visits due to the City wide visiting service

• unique On Call - GP Consultant' model removing the pressure of a traditional on call day

• Enhanced access rota on a Monday / Wednesday.

Key benefits:

• £10,500 - £11,000 (dependent on experience) per session per year

• 30 days leave + bank holidays (Pro rata)

• 5 days study leave (pro rata)

• ACPs, Pharmacists, First Contact Physios supporting the clinical team

• Very low home visit rates, supported by PCP Home visit service.

Set-up of the practice: 11,700 patients

• 11,700 patients

• We are a training practice with 4 Partners, pharmacist, ANPs, Nurses, HCA, in-house Physio, First Contact Physio, Social Prescribers, Mid Wife, Care Co-ordinator and Phlebotomist.

• 2 Sites covering Derby City suburbs and Littleover with great access links to A6, A38 and A52.

• Team built on working together and providing a family-friendly environment.

• SystmOne Practice

• Minor surgery, joint injections, coils and long-acting contraception.

• Training practice for GPs and Nurses

• Overall Good CQC rating

• Regular in house clinical training/learning sessions

• Daily MDT meetings providing support and input from the team
