Position:           1-2 Salaried GPs
Salary:               Competitive, dependent on experience
Sessions:           4-6 sessions a week

Contract:          BMA salaried GP contract standards

Start Date:       December '26 / January '27

On-Call:             On-call responsibilities distributed on a pro-rata basis amongst GPs, though typically Friday on-call

We’re proud to serve our 8000 registered patients with a dedicated team known for providing compassionate, high-quality care. As a growing practice, we’re looking for an enthusiastic GP who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and wants to play a key role in our evolving practice.

Our clinical team comprises of:

-          4 GP Partners

-          1 ACP

-          2 Practice Nurses

-          2 HCAs

-          1 Phlebotomist

As well as an excellent and supportive reception and administrative team.

Our practice is one of 11 members of the Greater Derby PCN with access to collaborative services, such as the Home Visiting Service, Chronic Pain clinics and Admiral Nurses.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking 1-2 dedicated and compassionate GPs to join our team for a salaried position, working 4-6 sessions per week (dependant on applicants). This role includes pro-rata on-call sessions, where you’ll be providing essential patient support and acute care services. The position also involves the possibility of conducting home visits, offering comprehensive care to patients who may require assistance outside the practice.

Role Requirements:

• Qualified, GMC-registered GP with relevant experience in primary care

• Committed to high standards of clinical practice and patient care

• Enthusiastic about working in a family-oriented, community-centred practice

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Would take an active role in the mentorship of Year 1-3 Medical Students
