College Street Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP Partner to join our evolving and patient-focused team in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, forward-facing practice while maintaining a strong commitment to high-quality patient care.

The Role

  • GP Partner position

  • 4–6 sessions per week

  • 15-minute appointments to support safe, high-quality consultations

  • Opportunity to influence strategic direction and service development

About the Practice
We are a progressive and supportive practice committed to innovation and sustainability in primary care. We prioritise safe working practices and clinician wellbeing. Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced nursing staff, a dedicated phlebotomy service, an integrated pharmacy team, and a well-established embedded ARRS team, enabling GPs to focus on delivering excellent clinical care.

About You

Essential

  • GMC-registered GP

  • On the NHS Performers List

  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care

  • Strong communication and team-working skills

  • Engagement with CPD, appraisal, and ongoing professional development

Desirable

  • Experience in UK general practice

  • Specialist clinical interests (e.g. women’s health, minor surgery)

  • Interest in leadership, quality improvement (QI), or service development
