Job summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated reception team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic individual who enjoy working with general public in a fast paced environment. You need to be able to work as part of a well establish and close team but use your own initiative where required and within the remit of your role. Exceptional communications skills, both face to face and over the phone are a must as is ability to remain calm under pressure.

Details of the posts :

35.5 hours a week worked :

Monday 8.00- 18.30

Tuesday 8.00 - 18.30

Wednesday 8.00-13.30

Thursday OFF

Friday 8.00- 18.30

covering over three sites

Main duties of the job

The specific requirements for this role are as follow:

The successful applicant will be part of a rota to cover occasional short weekend sessions in addition to normal hours as well as late finish during the week, therefore flexibility is a must.

Ability to cover annual leave and a sick leave

Can do attitude with focus on problem solving

Customer service skills

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to cope with stress and difficult situations

Empathy and compassion

Team work

These posts will be based across all 3 sites and therefore driving license and access to own car is advisable.

Previous GP reception or/and administration experience would be an advantage, however full training will be given to the right candidate.
