Job Profile
Wilson Street Surgery is a GP Practice in Derby City Centre with a patient population of approximately 14,500 patients.
They are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed part-time Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our practice team. Their team consists of 9 GP Partners, 2 ACPs and a Pharmacist, 4 Practice Nurses and 1 Healthcare Assistant, a Practice Manager, 2 Assistant Practice Managers and reception /administrative support staff.
They envisage that the successful candidate will adopt a highly proactive and collaborative approach in helping to further develop the role, and in exploring their own development needs. They are thus looking for candidates with a proven track record of successfully working as Advanced Practitioners, and who will be a good fit with our practice team.
You would be joining a friendly and dynamic practice team, with a well-established culture of holding the patient and their family at the centre of all that we do. They are an organised team. We have a strong community focus with multi-disciplinary team working. They are a leading practice for the Homeless patients of Derby City.
They are an experienced GP training and teaching practice and mentoring and supporting staff is very much a part of our everyday practice.
