Woodville Surgery is a well-established, patient-focused GP practice with approximately 10,500 patients in the local community. Our modern, purpose-built premises are supported by a multidisciplinary team including GPs, ANP, nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, and administrative staff.
We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. You will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. This includes managing same-day appointments, minor illness clinics, long term conditions (LTC Management), requesting, interpreting, and acting upon diagnostic tests and investigations, and prescribing where appropriate. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our primary care services.
Essential Criteria:
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
Independent Prescribing qualification
Experience in general practice
Strong clinical decision-making and patient-centred care skills
If you are a motivated ANP who thrives in a busy primary care setting and wants to make a real difference to patients’ lives, we would love to hear from you.
