- £43,000 - £48,000 pa dependant on experience
- Five weeks annual leave (pro rata’d)

- 12,200 GMS Practice across 2 sites, one in Allestree and the other in Derby city

- SystmOne Practice
- Close collaboration with CAMTAD, ImpAct asthma team and Cruse Bereavement Clinic
