Advanced Nurse / Clinical Practitioner
Newhall Surgery has a list size of approximately 11,000 patients. We have an active Patient Participation Group and endeavour to liaise well within the local community. We are active on Facebook and have good reviews within NHS Choices.
Our clinical staff consists of 3 GP Partners, 4 GPs, 2 GP Registrars plus a dedicated Nursing Team, Pharmacy Team and a Health & Wellbeing Coach.
We also have committed, friendly and professional administrative, secretarial and care navigation members, plus our dedicated and professional Management Team.
We are a friendly Practice who believe that communication, team working, well-being and learning are vital to the success of our organisation. We also have two formal 'get togethers' per year and many other social gatherings to help support our internal communication processes and the feeling of 'family' within the organisation.
The Partners are very supportive of staff and place a high value on their learning and development.
