Advanced Clinical Practitioner
6 sessions per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday (22.5 – 24 hours)
£49000 to £55250 pa pro rata
We are looking for a confident and competent ACP to work within out small supportive team in Derby. You will be providing telephone, virtual and face to face appointment. You will have excellent diagnostic skills, the ability to provide a supportive, but controlled consultation with patients, the confidence to assess, diagnose and interpret test results then initiate appropriate interventions. You will have plenty of support from the GP team and regular opportunities to discuss complex cases. We are looking for a team player who is happy working with digital technology, which we use to enhance our service.
