Job Title:                    Pharmacy Technician – South Hardwick Primary Care Network

Salary :                       £28,400 - £30,800 depending upon experience

Hours of Work:          Up to 37.5 hours- (Part time will be considered)

Location:                    1- 2 Practices in the South Hardwick PCN

Reports to                  Senior Clinical Pharmacist

Contract Type:          Permanent

Annual Leave:           27 days per annum , rising to a maximum of 33 days (pro-rata) dependent on length of service

South Hardwick PCN is seeking a passionate and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join an exciting and forward-thinking primary care network with ambitions to truly transform patient care.

Pharmacy technicians play an important role for the practices of South Hardwick PCN by complementing Clinical Pharmacists, Practice nurses , GPs, administrative practice  teams , and other members of the PCN multi-disciplinary team.

This a great opportunity for an eligible candidate looking to progress in patient-facing, person-centred, integrated care.

With the flexibility to work full or part-time, this is an exciting opportunity for eligible candidates looking to expand their horizons and embark on a new challenge in an innovative PCN

The post holder will develop and support effective medicines optimisation & reconciliation processes; contribute to personalised and anticipatory care; help implement effective prescribing policy & practice across the PCN and wider system.
