We are looking for an accomplished senior manager to lead our team of loyal and dedicated staff in providing top quality care to our patients.
Our GP Partners are a happy bunch who get on well together and support each other in developing different interests and areas of expertise within the practice. They still believe in the well-established values of family practice - our whole team are something of a family and we place a strong emphasis on good work-life balance.
We also strive for excellence however and this is reflected in our Outstanding CQC rating and consistently high QOF scores. We were winners of the East Midlands Leadership Award as Patient Champion of the Year in 2015 and a received commendation at the BMJ awards in 2016 in the category of primary care team of the year.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead the business forwards strategically to fulfil our continued vision of improving on our current reputation for the delivery of high-quality patient care whilst maximising the potential of the practice as a business.
In order to achieve this focus you will be supported by 5 GP partners as well as a team comprising of a Nurse Manager and two Reception Supervisors.
