Practice Manager ( Full-time)

Salary £60,000 per annum

We will have a vacancy due to the retirement of our long serving practice manager. We are looking to recruit a practice manager to join our large forward-thinking team. (ideally from September 2025).

The practice has a list size of 28,000 patients and we currently have 4 sites Chaddesden, Borrowash, Oakwood and an on-site surgery at the university of Derby.

Our practice is part of Oakdale Park Primary Care Network which is made up of Park Medical Practice and Overdale Medical Practice. Both practices are like minded, so we can react quickly.

We pride ourselves in training, education, support/wellbeing, and personal development.

We are looking for a practice manager who shares our practice vision to think" outside the box" and maximise the opportunities to provide quality patient care to our patients.

We believe by having the right leadership and by working as a team we can address the challenges primary care is facing, whilst at the same time trying to retain a good work life/balance.
