Updated ICO guidance on SARs

The ICO have published updated guidance as a blog on Subject Access Requests for GP practices. This includes some practical steps that may help reduce workload in practices and re-iterates the extant guidance that many insurance companies have been trying to use SARs when they should be using the established process through the Access to Medical Reports Act 1988.
