Medicine and Media
An estimated 30 million people in the UK use Facebook, and around 15 million Twitter. The demographics vary, but ultimately even those previously averse to this form of communication are now drawn to it. This means that a huge percentage of doctors, and perhaps most importantly, our patients, are active on these platforms.
