Levy Increase - Update

You may recall that the Chair, Chief Executive and Treasurer of the Derby and Derbyshire LMC wrote to you in February last year explaining the rationale behind the difficult decision to increase the LMC Levy. We are notifying you that the agreed inflation increase for this year will take effect from 1st April 2018 and is based on the November 2017 RPI increase of 3.9%. We have elected to not impose the total increase and have rounded down the increase to the nearest penny resulting in an increasing of 2p per patient per year to a total of 54p. As you have signed the mandate for this increase you do not need to take any further action.

Please see the letter sent in February attached.
