They are a large forward thinking practice with 2 sites based in Southern Derbyshire with excellent transport access.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Salaried GP or GP Partner to join their multi-disciplinary team. They take pride in delivering quality care to their patients and have a strong training and personal development ethos. They are looking to recruit another member to their team who shares the same vision and values.
The ideal candidate will be able to cover across both sites. They can be flexible with start and finish times. They will have a full induction and can offer GP mentorship buddy support from a very experienced GP Partner who you will have planned meetings to help and support/mentor you, should this be required.
You will be invited to attend regular full team meetings including educational meetings, significant events, training afternoons and many social events. They also have daily “huddles” to encourage communication and support across the Practice Team.
They are looking for a self-motivated GP that can work on their own, but must be proud to be part of their wider team. Someone who is forward thinking and is not afraid of change but at the same time does not forget the needs of the patients or the team they are part of.
They can offer flexible working hours ie late starts or early finishes.
