- 8 weeks annual leave
- PMS practice within Derby and Derbyshire CCG
- Part of North East Derbyshire Primary Care Network consisting of 4 member practices, with approximately 40,000 patients
- Partner owned purpose built building with an attached pharmacy, - opportunity to buy in
- Practice located just 10 minutes away from junction 31 of the M1
- List size approximately 9100
- Organised GP rota that allows a good work/life balance
- Extremely effective appointment system which provides excellent patient access
- No extended hours or OOH requirements
- High achieving QoF and CQC rating of Good
- SystmOne, paper light, ICE and INRstar
