Horizon Healthcare is a friendly recently merged City Centre practice with a diverse population of 21,000+ patients.
They are a five GP Partnership supported by dedicated teams of Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists who provide integral pharmacy management, Practice Nurses and an HCA. They are backed up by an excellent management and administration team.
