GP ASPIRE
Futureproofing General Practice

The GP Task Force Derbyshire, working in association with Derby and Derbyshire LMC, are looking at ways to improve GP retention across the county.

We are running a pilot called ‘GP Aspire’ looking at the key drivers for GPs leaving practice, and what resources could be put in place to try and improve retention and hence futureproof general practice.

If you know of any GPs who have left practice in the past 2 years, or who are planning to leave in the next 5 years, we would be grateful if you could pass on the attached flyer, to see if they would be interested in contributing to this much needed project.

If you would like to be involved, please could you complete the attached short questionnaire. Please be assured all personal details will be kept confidential.

We intend to have an initial listening event on the afternoon of Wednesday 20 June 2018 so please save the date.

If you wish to express an interest in the project, or require further details, please contact GPTF@derbyshireLMC.nhs.uk.
