A one day programme designed to develop understanding in regards to the CQC inspection process and how to showcase the fantastic work GP practices already do!
The learning objectives of the programme are;
- To improve understanding of the CQC Assessment Process and the forthcoming changes
- To increase awareness of CQC documentation available to Practice Managers
- To provide a detailed insight into the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE)
- To share elements of good practice

- Latest Guidance
- How to prepare for your inspection and the new inspection process
- Key Questions and documents
Audience:
Business Managers, Practice Managers and Assistant Practice Managers.
** This event is free for all Derbyshire practices to attend. There are different starting points across our Practice management workforce and there will be some content that more experienced Practice managers will already be aware of. However, the day will be as interactive as possible and attendees will still benefit from sharing experiences and equipping staff with the latest guidance and an opportunity to ask questions.
Spaces are limited to one delegate per practice.
