This session will cover:

  • Focus on case studies and practical work
  • Cover the management process for short term intermittent absences and capability procedures for those long-term sickness cases
  • Attendees will discuss and respond to reasonable adjustment requests
  • Delegates will leave the session with templates to write Occupational Health referrals and capability reports
