Options for Collaboration - The Merger Journey
In association with Derby and Derbyshire LMC
Primary Care Direct and our consortium members Agencia, BHP Chartered Accountants, Capsticks Solicitors and DKJ Support Services are inviting people to join a seminar focusing on how to navigate the merger journey for your practice. They aim to provide a 'one stop shop' for advice and guidance for a successful merger.
Speakers include;
Agencia - transforming organisations and services - top tips on how to 'make it happen'
BHP Chartered Accounts - financial consideration when merging, workforce considerations, financial assets and tax implications
Capsticks Solicitors - legal issues with property ownership and liabilities, transfer of staff and employment regulations, models for collaboration and which is best for you, PMS/GMS contract changes and transfers and CQC compliance and registration
DKJ Support Services - using your new structure to create a better bid
There will be plenty of opportunities for questions. Spaces are limited to 20 so early booking is advised.
