A highly practical one day workshop that will develop delegates’ skills to build trusting relationships and connect outside their own area of work, including creating connections with patients and service users.

The workshop will ensure delegates are confident in recognising and accepting difference, whilst skilled in creating connections across the system, influencing and negotiating beyond their authority and managing any fear or conflict to achieve a successful outcome.
