Our recent projects commissioned through NHSE, Derbyshire CCGs and Heath Education England are;
Resilience/ Diagnostics – Following evaluation of a number of existing diagnostic general practice toolkits, we are now live testing our own first version with a small number of practices. If you are interesting in being involved in its development or are interested in completing this for your practice alongside on of our facilitators, we’d be more than happy to hear from you.
GP recruitment – Struggling to fill a vacancy for a GP? Want to review your recruitment and marketing approach or even what skill mix you might consider to shape your team? Contact us for further information and discuss how we may help.
GP Aspire – We have had 43 contacts from Derbyshire GPs who are retired, retiring or considering leaving the profession and want to explore options. We are working with groups and individuals for bespoke packages of support and signposting as well as looking at workload tools and flexible working options. Please let us know about any other GPs thinking of leaving who are needing support.
Practice Management Development – Finance and Claims x 2 sessions delivered with 53 delegates attending, all with very positive feedback. We are running a Property Management Workshop on 15th January, please book here .
Save the Date - The CCG are organising a CQC update on March 12th 2019 for new PMs or GPs who have never been through the inspection regime previously, bookings will open shortly.

Derbyshire Medical Chambers - LOCUM SESSIONS AVAILABLE
Whether you’re a Locum, Salaried or Partner we are getting an increasing number of sessions requested via Derbyshire Medical Chambers. DMC is a not for profit initiative to provide high quality locums to Derbyshire’s practices.
