Derbyshire LMC Guide to CQC KLOE changes november 2017

CQC are making changes to the Key Lines of Enquiries (KLOEs) that they use when inspecting GP practices. We understand these changes will come into effect on 1 November 2017. We have produced a brief guide (attached) which will help you navigate through the numerous changes.
